At Sri Friends Dresses, we accept exchanges within 5 days of purchase for size differences or defects only.
Please note that we have a strict “No Refunds” policy, so we advise you to choose your items carefully, whether shopping online or in-store.
To be eligible for an exchange, products must be in their original saleable condition, including hangers, poly bags, hang tags, stickers, fasteners, and any other packaging.
Important Information:
• White Uniforms and Innerwear: These items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. Please ensure you are confident about the size before purchasing.
We strive to ensure that all products are defect-free. However, if you receive a defective product, we are happy to replace it. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must show defects upon receipt.
Please note that we expect our customers to respect this policy and not misuse it. Products will not be eligible for return or replacement if they:
• Have been damaged due to misuse
• Have tampered or missing labels
• Have defects not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
• Are returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, wrappers, and any other items originally included with the product
Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed (upon payment receipt), it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our policy strictly prohibits cancellations or refunds once payment has been processed.
How to Exchange an Item: To exchange an item, please visit our store. Items showing signs of wear, dirt, or alterations, including resizing or damage, cannot be accepted for exchange. Ensure that the item is returned with the original fold and packaging.
